Is anyone else out there concerned that all of the negative media surrounding the current real estate market is scaring away people who could be benefiting from it right now? Good credit and solid employment could get you a home much cheaper now than in the previous year or two. How do we get the potential Buyers on board?

There does seem to be a little hope. This quote comes out of Denver, "These numbers aren't bleeding, so they're not leading.
