I admit that I am new to this blogging and that I am trying to become more computer savvy. In an industry that is ever changing keeping up with the times is time consuming!  I only hope I can do it! A previous boss is still amazed at how far the internet has taken us from the old ways.  Talking with friends and family this weekend, its is hard to believe that when I started in this business 24 years ago we were typing everything on a good old typewriter.....word processors were just becoming the rage!  Now we can open a file and produce the entire product (paperless) within days!  If I only had the development work I used to have!! 

Did anyone hear Donald Trump on Good Morning America today? Does he really know what he is talking about when he says nows the time.....within the year real estate will come full swing?  I can only hope he does. He was urging people to buy real estate now. Actually, I wish I heard MORE people saying that.

Is anyone else out there concerned that all of the negative media surrounding the current real estate market is scaring away people who could be benefiting from it right now? Good credit and solid employment could get you a home much cheaper now than in the previous year or two.  How do we get the potential Buyers on board?
